I am a beginner runner with flat feet which causes over-pronation. I did some research and these sneakers were in the top ten best for this type of problem. I bought them with some hesitation, only because I wasn’t able to try them on. I bought my regular size, and they fit perfectly. At first they felt a little stiff, however, I think I was confusing the stiffness with support. After a few walks/runs–they were fine and I have had no more trouble with my ankles swelling or hurting. I would highly recommend these sneakers!
